HLEINCUSA Team Is currently working at the construction of the new bridge of Westminster Blvd as part of the I-405 Improvement Project. We are currently working on extending all the conduits and installing Pull boxes for Street Light System and for Southern California Edison, we are proud to be part of the reconstruction of this new bridge that will bring more fluidity to the traffic of this important avenue.
